We almost missed our monthly photo in January. Scarlett and I were already laying down for the night reading bedtime stories when Bret came in with the camera reminding us we needed a picture. I hope this doesn't set the bar for the rest of the year.
January was a busy fun month. We took Scarlett to Silver Mountain for a night. We rode the Gondola, went sledding and played in the snow, played twice in the giant indoor water park and made smores at one of the many outdoor fire pits. The Rinrins came here for a weekend (braving horrible, scary weather) and we all saw the Myth Busters and built a killer snow slide off of our front porch and the next weekend we went down to see them to celebrate Ellery turning 5 with super awesome Princess Tangled party.
Miss S has kicked off 2012 with some big firsts. She went potty in her potty twice this month. She also went to the dentist and did a great job. Her new favorite toys are Squinkies especially tiny Woody and Buzz. She runs around jumping from things yelling "To infinity and bewand!" And for reason we can't quite piece together she calls her tights "vagina pants." The only reason I can figure is because they are snug all the way up. That should be fun when she yells that in Target.
On to February with valentines and the day that isn't...
